I have an instructor reporting the same issues. Doc viewer is changing the formatting (font, spacing, page length) of student's submitted assignments. I have reached out to Instructure support, but was wonderieng if any of you have found fixes that work for this? From what I have found the pre-formatting is for text entry and not documents. I have suggested having students submit PDFs but the instructor stated that sometimes PDFs "lock" and she in unable to provide annotated feedback. ... View more
