Is this still the case? Or does immediately now mean immediately? Or is the report not available until grades have been released?

There seems to be ongoing issues when using Canvas through the Safari browser. I don't know if there is such a thing as a record of the things that won't work, will work with a workaround or will only work using another browser. Loads of people use Safari and it can be quite frustrating for them and as an Institution, we are hoping to write some specific guidance for problems. It is difficult for us to test scenarios and it isn't productive going back and forth to the user. I have looked through questions on the community but can never tell if problems reported were ever fixed. Regards, Kerrie.

Thank you. I managed to resolve the problem. It wasn't working because the points score was set to 0, changed to 100 and it worked.

I can see that announcements are created as discussion topics. They don't actually create a discussion so why a discussion topic? Are they listed anywhere? Regards, Kerrie

Hello there, If a conference has been concluded why can't a student see it. Do they need to attend the conference? If they don't accept an invite should they have access? If they did accept the invite, should they see the conference if didn't attend? If they weren't invited but a member of the course, should they see it? Regards, Kerrie

I have had a question from an Instructor in our University, is this possible? She says: "I don't want to subscribe to a Canvas calendar in Outlook etc, but I want an external calendar feed (iCal/webcal) to be displayed in Canvas. Alternatively, I'd be happy to import an ICS file into Canvas but I'd prefer a subscription since I can then push updates to the people I want to share the calendar feed with. I have a course which has almost 200 students, is it possible to create groups automatically adding students to specific groups, not just split them randomly into groups. For example; all students in the course belong to different years and need to be split into groups year 1, year 2, etc in the course. Does this have to be done manually? Regards, Kerrie.
