Bio:
I am University's Tier 2 support for SMU's learning management system (LMS) and Canvas administrator.
I have been a part of the development of information technology at SMU for twenty-five years. My initial duties included managing computer labs, providing web design support in the early days of the web, assisting in the creation the SMU STAR Program, training both faculty and students in the use of new software, transitioning the University's major LMS platforms WebCT, Blackboard and currently Canvas.
