Bio:
Department Chair and instructor in the Educational Technology program. Cynthia has developed and taught online courses for over 25 years. In addition, she has developed and conducted workshops and trainings in the areas of online accessibility, copyright, and classroom assessment techniques and also written online teaching certification courses for two colleges and worked with a task force to develop a training/resource course for California Community College distance education coordinators.
