I've been a biology prof at a few different universities since 1986. I pre-date LMS's, but have experienced WebCT, OWL (?), Moodle, and Blackboard in their various configurations over the years. Just started using it and so far, Canvas is my favourite!

When I start Canvas on my MacBook Pro with Chrome, it automatically goes to Files.
I would rather it started on the Dashboard.
