Thank you for your reply. I would like to inform you that I have followed the same steps to set the time zone of the course as mentioned in the guidelines. Here is my screenshot. 

I have set Time Zone as a Kathmandu time in canvas and I posted an announcement at a tentative 7.30 p.m, august 30 of Nepal time but the canvas shows that the announcement is posted on August 30, 9.36...
