I am recently having the same issue. These are in assignments, not in quizzes. Most of the assignments will be in speed grader like they have always been, but a few of them will have a link to a PDF...
Problem statement: While I do give out the rubrics before I assign work, I find that I can't do two things that I would make things easier for me:
