Agree with all of the previous comments and I think this would be a great idea (as I have just created a scenario where "Undo Course Import" would be excellent to have!).

We are attempting to fully utilize Canvas discussions and are now coming up against the limitations of the discussions in the platform.  @ mentions would be a useful feature to have.
