This works though, I thought I was contacting students but my course was not published yet. So I changed this setting:How do I show recent announcements in the Course Home Page?
However, this works:https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-13115 Now when my students log into Canvas they will see the announcements I made for them when the course was unpublished.
