Agreed, and add the Integration ID and email address as well. Between those three fields we can match all the students in a mail merge and get their pairing codes sent out.
I need some guidance on this as well. We're getting this same error on occasion when doing GPB to ProgressBook. Without any meaningful error text it's tough to troubleshoot the issue. Ƕ...
