Pearson grades not syncing in Canvas Gradebook In a Peason MyMathLab intergrated/linked course one students work is not syncing to the Canvas gradebook All other students work is syncing. Thoughts? |

And how can we disable "require a password" we set up an exam and even though Proctorio was configured correctly all our students were asked for a password. Since it is managed by Proctorio we did not have the password

Any solution to this problem? I have a student that is having the same issues with a file. The file was recorded on an iPhone and is less than a GB so none of that should be the problem? Thoughts? It will begin processing then time out? All I can troubleshoot is her connectivity?
