Hi there
I am trying to enrol a student into their second course in Canvas but keep coming up against a big fat no.
This student is already enrolled and working through their first course. The system does not allow me to enrol her in another course. This s the message we get back:

My organisation: MADEC Australia

Background and location: MADEC Australia is a NFP and has offices around Australia, predominantly Victoria and South Australia both regional and metro. MADEC operates in the RTO space along with employment services and labour hire.
Contract type: State Govt funding, private/public contracts, FFS
Org size: not sure, pretty big
Student numbers: 1000+
Cohort type/characteristics: school students, jobseekers, existing workers upskilling
What's on scope: Community services, Business, Hospitality , Retail, Ag, Hort, FSK
Delivery locations: as above
Delivery method (face-to-face/online/blended): Blended
Delivery type (accredited vs non-accredited): Mostly accredited, some non
Student Management System and if integrated with Canvas: VETtrack, not integrated but praying to the parking gods it will be one day
About our Canvas setup:
Time with Canvas: 4 months
Stage of development/maturity: infancy
Previous system (if applicable): nil here
Team delivering Canvas (who's responsible for what?): me and some support from admin
Course design structure (Course = Qualification, Course = UOC, Course = Cluster or combination): course = UoC
