Bio:
I’ve spent the last 20 years in educational publishing and ed tech, wearing many hats such as managing proposals, sales-to-implementation hand-offs, and operations for a data team. I am now focused on helping Engineering teams anticipate what’s around the corner by spotting gaps, blockers, or blind spots before they become problems. I think best through writing, which fits well with collaborating across distributed teams and time zones. My go-to tools include Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT. Outside of work, I’m a big sci-fi fan, especially The Expanse—Miller was right: doors and corners are where risk hides. And, as an English major, I’m licensed to use em dashes—when you see them, they're mine!
