Hello MrsBeth, Yes and no. I found out that the problem is with the Safari web browser. I prefer Safari, so that’s where I encountered the problem, but when I use Firefox, Edge, or Chrome, it’s not an issue. I wish Canvas would better support Safari, but until it does, using another browser addresses the problem I was having.

I had used your Keynote Embed Code Generator for YEARS, usually for posting in Canvas, but something changed recently, and it isn’t working anymore. I assume the change is in Canvas, but the HTML code generated now just flashes and tries to load without actually displaying the slides. Has anyone else come across this problem? If so, are there other solutions? I always thought this was an elegant solution because any changes to the original keynote were automatically shown in the embedded HTML, no intermediary required.

I am attempting to add a podcast feed in a discussion, but it does not appear to be working. The course is published. The discussion topic is published. I have recorded content using the "Upload/record media" function. I have also enabled the podcast feed in the settings. But when I save it, there no "Topic Podcast Feed" link appears, as indicated here: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-enable-a-podcast-feed-for-a-discussion-in-a-course/ta-p/1096 Any help figuring out how to enable this feature? Thanks.

My department, a Masters program in mental health counseling, has an ePortfolio assignment that we are considering moving to Canvas's ePortfolio feature. The assignment we have is a project in students' final semester where they gather their cumulative experience and knowledge from their academic education as well as continuing education. Students have often used this as the beginning of their professional website after graduation. In the past, we recommend students get a free website account, such as with Wix, and build their ePortfolio there. We believe that the Canvas ePortfolio should meet this need much better, with one possible exception. How can students take the ePortfolio with them after graduation? Our students lose access to their Canvas account within 1 semester of graduation. I know students can export their ePortfolio to a .ZIP file, but what is in that .ZIP file? How can that then be used? Is there a way to migrate an ePortfolio to a service outside of Canvas that the student could then manage indefinitely?
