I have been working in instructional technology and design for nineteen years. Prior to that I worked as a technical writer supporting mainframes, WANs, LANs, and local hardware/software.
Currently I work in the Division of IT at the University of Maryland where my specialties are; online course development with an emphasis on educational technology, student engagement technology, and multimedia development
