All my classes are math classes, so when I message my instructor, I need to be able to type math. I can do this in some places within canvas - there is an "equation" drop down and it lets you script math equations. However I cannot script math when messaging professors. Why? How Can I fix this so that I can script math in my message to my professors? If there is not a way to do this, then this is a serious flaw in canvas that needs to be addressed. Thank you.

Everytime I attach a file for a submission within Canvas, my browser is forced to lower 1/2" on my screen. This forces the lower edge of the browser below the limit of the screen, thus making some of the relevant image of the browser off screen. This is an issue.
