The Bitnami support is also facing the impossibility to send any email, whether it is through Gmail or Sendgrid. See here.

I cannot get outgoing emails work so I cannot add any user to my Canvas instance. I've set up the instance via Bitnami on Azure, and configured the SMTP settings exactly like I did with my Dis...
