So I have a student that wasn't receiving the enrollment invite through email, so I was able to enroll her by self enrolling her by using that url and code the course has. The next class is going to start soon and I tried enrolling her by email again, and this message shows up, " The email address provided conflicts with an existing user's email that is awaiting verification. Please add the user by either SIS ID or Login ID". I tried adding her with the Login ID but that didn't work either. Any help is greatly appreciated as I don't know what else to do.
