Hi, I never found any information comparing the two either. So, both are available to our faculty at this time. I haven't had any questions from faculty, but I wanted to be prepared to share why they would want to use one or the other. Debbie

@KatieSmithJAA, it seems that for Canvas and ZOOM support the problem is not theirs. Unfortunately we were not successful. I am in doubt if our Manager really wants our success! In Brazil, from December 15th to January 31st, schools are on vacation. The academic team is expected to address the issue in 01st February.

Elementary age students are not using the scheduler to sign up for appointments. There are many times when a teacher must arrange a one-on-one meeting for the student.
The idea is for an option in the Calendar for the teacher to select an individual student from a course when scheduling an event. This would add the event to both the teacher and student calendars.
It would be nice to also have the ability to make this a recurring event.
