Oddly enough your reply to this forum went to my email. It said I can update "email preferences" but when I tried to click on the link it gave me an error. I am at a loss!
I went to IUN in 2005, so that is why you are seeing two. But that was 11 years ago..
Also this email address goes to my phone on a daily basis. I get all of my Canvas alerts for every single thing except inbox messages to my phone via gmail. This is really frustrating!
