Tim works as Team Lead in UBC’s Learning Technology Hub (lthub.ubc.ca), a collaborative initiative bringing together staff from the UBC Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology and UBC Information Technology. He has a background in learning technology and application support and enjoys continually maturing and improving support processes and frameworks.
