Bio:
Brian has decades of experience across information technology, government, business, and higher education, navigating diverse roles from desktop support technician to Chief Information Officer. In leadership positions, he successfully managed teams overseeing large-scale multi-team ERP projects, international software development, as well as network and security operations. In higher education, Brian has served as a Dean, Campus Director, and Vice-President of Business Operations, responsible for supervising technical, academic, and business portfolios. Most recently, he held the position of the inaugural Chief Information Officer at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, Washington, contributing five years of service. Brian has also served as an Associate Adjunct Instructor in Computer Network Engineering at Pierce College for the past seven years. His academic journey includes a BA from Baylor University, an MBA from California State University, San Bernardino, a DBA from California InterContinental University, and an EdD from the City University of Seattle, complemented by various IT and Change Management certifications.
