Echoing the crowd here this should be an available feature. If a question is not working but could be revamped as a different question type it should be simple to edit the question type.

I would recommend reviewing your setup for the quiz. Did you save the question after it was created? Are the questions perhaps part of a question group that is not pulling any or all of the questions? Sara

I would reach out to TII support, they would be able to look at the two submissions as well as the two assignments and see what may have caused the false negative.

Are you working on a Free For Teachers Canvas instance or your own institutional instance? For an institutional instance, you can limit that anyone using a Free for Teachers Canvas account would not be able to view items shared but limited to your own instance. https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Commons/What-types-of-sharing-options-are-available-in-Commons/ta-p/1815 If you're on an institution instance I would encourage that you or your admin reach out to your CSM at instructure.

To clarify was the paper submitted to TII in both classes? Or just the second? If it was submitted in both courses, I would recommend reaching out to TII support for more information.

A few things to try: clear your cache try a second browser try an incognito tab If all of these do not work I would check to see if there is a firewall or content blocker. Note: the community would have a different URL than your school's instance of Canvas. Are you able to access other tools for your school?

If a quiz uses question banks that pull questions and I have to edit the answer on a question after students have taken the quiz, is there a way to update the question that will also update the quiz scores for submitted quizzes?

Hi Lisa, I would start with the account level analytics, this will show you a dashboard view of when users are in Canvas and can show days of the week. How do I view Account Analytics? Time of day would be a bit more challenging, and you may want to reach out to your CSM for advice or you could look at Canvas data if you have access and look for the specific data points to build a look at the time of day users are submitting various items. One area that may be challenging is that access doesn't mean activity. Students can have tabs open on their browser but they may not really be doing anything there. Enjoy. Sara Udelhofen

One situation that I have seen this happen is when a test is started very close to the end of the availability end date/time for that quiz. For example if a quiz is due today 2-19-21 at 10 am, and students are allowed 60 minutes to complete the exam. A student who begins that quiz today 2-19-21 at 9:20 am will not get the full 60 minutes but the availability of the quiz will close and submit the quiz at 10 am as stated in the quiz settings. So this student got 40 minutes rather than the full 60 to complete. Hope this helps. Sara Udelhofen

look to see if the demo student from student view is the issue. Were you in student mode or looking at the quiz in preview and answered or clicked on any questions?

How about copying a previous course? I'm seeing if an instructor copies a previous course and updates the dates with the import, that the integration is adding the previous zoom meetings as calendar events in the new course. This seems like a bug. Anyone else seeing this? Know a fix?

We have Zoom and Panopto both in Canvas and the Zoom to Panopto integration as well. How did you get the zoom recordings to flow to the course folder?

Marcia, I would check the Moderate quiz information to see if students have attempted but perhaps not submitted the quizzes. Good Morning Irana, if you have applied a time limit to the quiz I would recommend moderating the quiz to allow for the additional time. Setting available times only denotes when they can take the quiz, the time allowed will hold true regardless of when the quiz is started. Once I publish a timed quiz, how can I give my students extra time? Sara

Hi Denise https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-26398-how-do-i-use-the-total-column-in-the-gradebook I would look at the front of the gradebook and see if it possibly got moved to the front. Another trick I sometimes use on any page is using CTRL+F to open a search box, you can search for Total on the page to help. Sara

Thanks Nick Likewise we've had Panopto for a long time, but we're new to Zoom. I'm looking at layering the integrations for long term cloud storage. Takes a bit of strategy for how each system authenticates and where everything lands but kinda neat! Thank you for your reply. Sara Udelhofen
