I am trying to build a quiz that has a table that students can put either ticks or crosses in the table like the example below. SIGNAGE ON OFF CLUB SPECIAL Days and hours of trading are attached to the exterior of the premises, outside each principal entrance.         A copy of the licence and conditions is attached to the inside of the premises so as to easily read by people entering each principal entrance.         A copy of the licence and conditions is attached to the inside of the premises so as to easily read by people using the premises.         Full name of the manager on duty is prominently displayed inside the premises.         No service to minors or intoxicated persons is displayed at every point of sale.         Food availability.         Information about transport options.         Host responsibility policy.           Thanks for your help ...
