Thanks for that update. This sounds like a case for the Canvas support team. The Help menu in your Global Navigation should have an option to report a problem or chat with Canvas support.

This wasn't an extra credit assignment. It seems to have just happened randomly for a couple of assignments and it was after they were "closed". Maybe it has something to do with our being at the end of the quarter - who know!
