I graded an assignment.  Students state the comments are hidden . How do I make these visable?

Does the change the view for other faculty.  Does it disrupt he view fot other faculty?

We had a function in BB tht alowed us to assign groups to our name but did not affect the view of Gradebook for the othe users.  It allowed us to get a quick look at our students progress.  Thank you
