Should ratings on outcomes that are used in peer review show up in outcome reporting? My test data so far is not showing up. 

While these changes are happening, it would also be great if outcomes rubrics could be tied to Canvas credentials so that a badge could be automatically issued when mastery is reached on an outcome.
