Checking to see if there have been updates to this... Has anyone successfully added UDFs (or any custom field) to the certificate?

Is anyone aware of any LTIs or third-party tools that can be integrated with Canvas to provide this functionality?

Not sure, but we have a meeting scheduled with our Instructure team and hope to have some answers about this process.
