What I do in these situations is use my phone to go on canvas and use the e-book while I'm on the computer taking the exam. It's better safe than sorry. I hope that helps!

I'm getting the sane thing. Can anyone please help. It never happened on my old android but now I'm on Samsung newer phones and I can not get the app to work. All I get is the ERR
