I'm also having a problem with DocViewer in SpeedGrader, but I see no 'Help - Report a Problem' option, so am unable to raise the issue anywhere but in this forum. In my case: A Word document containing a diagram composed of elements that had been grouped together had been uploaded. Two elements of the diagram were scatted on the page, including over text. I downloaded the document, and verified that the diagram was rendered properly in Word, and that it consisted of one (grouped) item.
