The only reason I use any LMS is for online quizzes; everything else is more easily done with other software.  "New Quizzes" has a number of problems, from not allowing downloading of specific answers...

This would be useful to check for cheating between two students.  Perhaps more helpful would be the ability to export a test so that this could be done by Excel or a similar spreadsheet.
