Is it possible to customize the New Instructor Tutorial? I could see them as very useful for new faculty orientation to Canvas, however the content that's currently there doesn't fit with our centralized course design model. So we couldn't use this out of the box.

Ok, so what we found is that Admins in our account, such as myself, have problems viewing the announcements via the hack. However, students and faculty are not having this problem. They see it fine apparently.

This is the code that was implemented to hide the element: $("h2:contains('Assignments Summary')").hide();

Looks like there was a change to the page code on the Syllabus page. We have the Assignments Summary div area hidden there via CSS as it doesn't fit with our Syllabus design. However, it looks like the header for Assignments Summary was moved out of that div area. Our CSS can no longer hide that header. There also does not appear to be a div ID or Class assigned to the header so I can't modify our CSS to hide it.

Is anyone using Amazon Web Service or similar content hosting services to host content like Captivate or Articulate content for your courses? If so, what have your experiences been? How would you estimate costs?

Hey, an idea occurred to me as I've been reading posts here and maybe somebody figured out a way that this can be done. Is there way that the Likes a student can receive in the class discussions can be turned into points that feed into their profile. This would be a great way to gamify discussions while - hopefully- upping the quality level of student posts. Any ideas?

Has there been any resolution with mobile styles? Right now it doesn't appear that any CSS seems to work in mobile, even when I upload to the specific Mobile Style area in Theme Editor. If we can't enhance the current default page style for the app, my school won't be able to move forward with recommending the app to our students.

I agree, the max-width setting has really thrown off the design for all of our pages. Will this be addressed?
