@ToddDaily It hasn't. I was just thinking about how much I want this feature again yesterday, so your timing to bring it up is good. Unfortunately, it feels like Canvas often chooses features to work on based on how popular it is here, but of course that can be easily skewed by a popular educelebrity sharing a link to a feature request on twitter, etc. Regardless, this is still a GREAT idea, and I hope that it gets implemented sooner rather than later. ... As a teacher, I'd love to see a backend only field for Teacher's Reflections where we can leave notes to ourselves about individual assignments, pages, etc. This would just be a blank field that teachers could use as reminders when they copy assignments from one semester to the next.  Potential uses: Remind ourselves of names of attached documents to external tools (Google Course Kit Assignments, for example, never copy over, so we have to go back and find the link in the old semester's assignment) Give ourselves suggestions for how to improve the assignment next semester. Put in a link to a relevant resource that could be used next time around. Save text/directions that we aren't using this time, but will be useful to keep available for the future. Etc, etc. It's pretty common for teachers to record reflections on their lesson plans, but it makes more sense to have that kind of reflection available on any given page/assignment so that we can tie it directly to the work at hand when each subsequent semester rolls around. ... People have been pushing this for a few years now, it seems.  I'd love to do this with a Google Course Kit assignment, have students collaborate on a single doc, but turn it in as a group. The interesting thing is that you can do this fairly easily if you force a copy of a separate file in GDocs, and then they can just send you a link to the document. Following up on this - this is a mindboggling decision to move it from a fairly convenient place (directly connected to the assignment) that makes sense to grade all students' work for said assignment, into a tucked away location based on individual students. 98% of the time, I'm trying to use SpeedGrader to grade speedily. 2% I'm looking to revisit a single student's assignment. ...
