In your Canvas course settings, go to Apps and look at your installed apps. Make sure that MyOpenMath is listed and choose View App Configurations. Scroll down to MyOpenMath and from the dropdown menu...
I wasn't able to change my profile pic logged in from my PC, but had absolutely no problem doing it from the ios app!
