Hi @KristinL The problem is that I am fairly new here (barely a year in) and my new boss is even newer. There has been a lot of turnover since we first started using Canvas at our district & no one here seems to know who our CSM actually is.

I am dealing with a couple of teachers who need to adjust grades in a course that ended last night with T1, I know we can go in and adjust the dates if we change the participation from term to course. This will allow for grading to be finalized by the teachers, but will it mess anything up when the next sync to Synergy takes place? Will they need to go back after changing grades & put participation back to the "Term" setting?
