This is another truly awful feature of Canvas. If I change something I'm working on in Canvas three or four times along the way, I don't want students to get notifications for every change I make.  

Why is it that not all of the resources I have on my course (for example, the videos I have posted) do not show up in the resource list dropdown menu for "Email Students Who"?
