I received my Ph.D. degree from College of Education, Health and Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I studied in Instructional Design and Technology (IDT) and Evaluation, Statistics, and Measurement (ESM) in Department of Educational Psychology & Counseling.
