This is certainly an issue for me too; why is it that a simple copy and paste will not hold formatting? Too much time is spent reformatting on every single copy and paste in the comment section.  

I feel this question is the same as what I have had concerns with; it is not a "submission comment by a student" but a "reply in the comment section" to an instructor's comment abo...
