Catalina has over 20 years of experience in educational technologies, project management, administration, and leadership. Through strategic planning and intentional and purposeful technology implementations, her goal is to support college administration, faculty, students, and staff in ensuring successful learning experiences. Substantive areas of expertise include research, promotion, training, and effective application of emerging technologies in education with a strong emphasis in active planning and design of pedagogical (and andragogical) sound courses, training modules, and seminars in digital environments.
