Hi, This has been flagged up to me. This isn't something I would normally send to Support. It's working as expected.  When there are no grades, there are therefore no hidden grades. So Speedgrade shows the icon to indicate that there are no hidden grades. It appears to be working. I remember this was discussed many times by the community during the beta and there was quite a lot confusion at the time. The final interface was tweaked to iron out the worst of the changes but we've seen the unfortunate side effect where staff misinterpret the 'eye' to mean the grade they are about to enter will be visible. Simply adding '(HIDDEN GRADE)' underneath the empty box, like you do once you've entered the grade, would fix the problem. Imagine if a student has been suspended for illegal activity, such as bullying another student and every other system has revoked their access, but the mobile app continues to allow that harassment to continue. That's not really acceptable is it? There are many reasons we need the token to be cleared. But this is the most serious one that we've experienced in the past.  We really do need an api and interface option to revoke their tokens.  ... View more

Agreed. An API is the only acceptable way forward for us. Everything account related is automated from our Identity system. A 'manual solution' wouldn't work for us.  ... View more

We moved from an in-house system to Canvas. I spent quite some time arguing backwards and forwards with our academic staff over how to present class lists. Eventually, my colleagues felt lists should default to 'surname first' (as it is on in the Canvas gradebook). This has caused issues for us. We have tried to remove registrations as a fallback solution. But it's really not acceptable that they can continue to access Canvas after we'll blocked their main University accounts.  ... View more
