Hi, I don't know if you have found a work-around by this time, but I place a "end of module" page as the last page in each module. For younger students you could place a stop icon. Of course, this doesn't prevent them from moving on, but helps the user know where they are in the modules.

Hi @areyes6, You can postpone releasing grades for an assignment and when finished grading, release grades manually. I can't verify that postponing grade release also hides comments. Maybe someone else can chime in. If students turn off their submission notifications, I wonder if that would apply to grading comments. Good luck!

Same Problem. Speedgrader shows a checkmark by the students' names who have submitted, but also shows message "There is no submission for this student." Will this weeks Assignments LTI update repair this?

We are seeing a large increase of fake users requesting access to student accounts so they can use, for nefarious purposes, the unlimited Google storage in our G suite Account.

Once Analytics is available for the student, are there any future plans to connect/rout the data to support groups, like counseling, or disabled students services? I love that we can email "students who...", but I would love a CC option to the counselor or financial aid officer, for example. The only other option right now is to add counselors to all courses which would generate a nightmare email avalanche for our support teams.CC#

@James - Any advice or experience having students paste programming code into a Canvas quiz text box while using Respondus lock down browser (which strips the formatting)? Is there a way to add a basic text editor to the RCE? Thanks!

I also have found Respondus 4.0 to be easy to use and a big time saver. Although we are using the old quiz tool, I was able to quickly import a Vietnamese language quiz into Canvas. Respondus advised me to use Word .docx for non-English UTF-8 characters. Except for quiz titles, everything came out beautifully!

Two related questions about Grade sync & Last Day Attended (LDA): this summer term, our campus will be syncing grades with our SIS for the first time- Does the grade sync also include the data on the "last day attended"? Canvas Guides indicates "If your institution is using Profiles, this feature (LDA) is not currently supported." Does anyone know why this is so and whether there are plans to change this? To resolve this, can we disable Profiles during the week grades are due? Any other suggestions for entering LDA? Thanks for any input!!
