LoriAyn is a Customer Success Manager with 30+ years of experience in public education and the edtech industry. Before joining Instructure, she started her career as a teacher, became an instructional designer, educational consultant, and then a district project manager with a specialization in technology & instruction. As a former Instructure customer, LoriAyn leverages her firsthand experience of managing the district-wide training and implementation of multiple technology projects to enhance customer success. She lives in South Florida and is an avid reader, dog mom, and podcast junkie.
