Three years later... has there been any progress on this? Being able to use "assign to" for specific sections, with assignment pacing, would save me about 30 of hours of work each quarter.

See this previous post where the idea was proposed, voted on, and approved. See the release notes from Feb 2, 2017 where the feature was deployed.   Now I can't seem to find anything about it?
