Thanks Colton, Yes, that is helpful. It sounds like templates are really useful for a department or faculty level  to automatically ensure some consistency and to ensure key information is not missed....

Thanks for sharing the video. You explain much of the confusion around the eyeballs. I hope Canvas comes up with a better solution. I don't think the proposed icon legend is the best solution for this...
