This happened to me too. Two students came into the zoom late and said the zoom on the calendar put them in a room by themselves. I had to delete all the zoom meetings from the calendar by hand and send out an announcement to only follow the zoom link in the main menu in the class.

100% agree. Even though this topic has been marked as "deployed:" that is anything but the case. https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Idea-Conversations/Making-feedback-more-visible-to-students/idi-p/359146 Having students go into the assignment to find my comments is unintuitive and I know most students don't do it. The way students view feedback needs to be overhauled to make it much more obvious that an instructor has left comments.

Quizes.next is still missing some essential functionality - like not automatically marking everything as zero when a student completes things like an essay question or notifying the teacher that a quiz is completed.

I'm not sure how this helps because student already have to be in that screen to even known that feedback exists. So if they are already there, the little notification isn't much help.

Agreed. I get so tired of telling students "you need to change this for the next assignment" and then clearly they haven't read the comment and do the same wrong thing on the next assignment.
