This is an important need. We're also trying to run reports on specific courses/sub-accounts/tools and see this shortcoming. The current LTI report is rather pointless.

Agreed. We have a Visual Identity Office that provide a strict set of rules to follow; font, color, logo placement. Yet, we can't conform in Canvas with the current set of tools.
