I've had success exporting the Classic Quiz, then importing that file directly into an Item Bank. It is definitely inefficient but it works.

I've got multiple courses running Pearson's 1.3 integration this semester and I do not have it at all. I'll put in a ticket.
We don't have the Folio LTI installed...
