I have tried dragging the file to the uploading area from my several different places like my desktop, the One Drive -and thought this was the problem but the IT guy said everything was okay on that e...

Every time I try to upload a video to an assignment I get the error message, what am I doing wrong?

I have tried to upload, mp4, mov. files and always the same ERROR message comes up. Already checked with the IT department in my company and they couldn't find anything wrong on my end...Please help, ...
