With the Canvas Data Portal you can. See Canvas Data Services : Live Events Data Streaming Service However, you need a AWS account for this because it uses the AWS SQS queue.Hope this helps.
Getting the grading (incl. outcomes) from rubric before moderation in moderated-grading assignments.
We have courses with moderated assignments. I now want to get the scores from criteria in the rubrics (including the outcome ids) of those moderated grades, when the moderation hasn't taken place yet....
