As a seasoned instructional designer and higher education leader, I bring over a decade of experience in online learning, course development, and academic technology administration. I currently serve as the Director of IRSC Online, where I lead a dynamic, collaborative team in the strategic development and delivery of high-quality online programs. My work is grounded in data-driven decision-making and a commitment to advancing student success through innovative digital learning experiences. With a strong foundation in instructional design, curriculum development, and quality assurance, I specialize in aligning courses with nationally recognized standards such as the Quality Matters rubric. I am a certified Simple Syllabus Admin and a trained QM Peer Reviewer. My expertise spans a wide range of educational technologies, including Canvas (Admin), Turnitin, Yuja, Impact, and WordPress, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite. In every role, from course developer to director, I’ve maintained a hands-on approach—collaborating closely with faculty, supporting professional development, managing statewide compliance through FL-SARA, and representing Indian River State College at the state and national level. Driven by a passion for digital pedagogy and inclusive learning, I strive to create transformative online education that empowers both instructors and students.
